Recently Completed Lectures and Presentations:

October 16 – 19, 2008: Served as panelist/presenter at the Edmonton International Literary Festival, on the subject of appropriation of other culture’s literary themes.

February 6 – 9, 2009: No. 101636, my contribution to the New York Times Travel Show was titled “Leonardo Traveling”. The NY Times Travel Show was held at the Jacob Javits Centre in Manhattan.

February 7, 2009: Panelist/presenter at Manhattan’s Chelsea Art Museum’s ItaliaArabia Forum: “The Role of the Arts in Cross-Cultural Dialogue.”

Spring, 2009: Linguistic lectures/presentations at Blue Quills College in Alberta, on the origins of Indigenous North American writing systems.

During this time, I gave a series of lectures at the PRS in Los Angeles and at Shugborough Hall on the Lichfield Estate in England regarding codes and ciphers used by Nicolas Poussin and other enigmatic artists in their paintings and in the construction of monuments associated with their work.
